One of the longest serving members of the Phineas team, Retail Consultant Laurence provides a warm and knowledgeable welcome to all our new customers, and manages our European accounts. She also co-ordinates our marketing material and makes sure our website is looking spick and span! Laurence came to England from France in 1991 to improve her English and can now say ‘Worcestershire sauce’ almost perfectly. Despite our best efforts, Laurence is yet to be enticed by the delights of a nice, hot cup of English Breakfast tea…but she’ll never say ‘non’ to a glass of red wine!
